RecruitmentTrend Micro operates an inclusive policy for individual employees of existing Channel Partners. Our aim is to involve as many of them as possible in the Affinity Program. With this in mind, we will continually engage in the recruitment of individuals to the Program. Recruitment of new Channel Partners to sell and market Trend Micro products is implemented on a selective yet collaborative basis. Through the Affinity Partner Program, Trend Micro ensures that new and existing channel Partners have the capability to reach every prospective customer whilst minimising channel conflict. In doing so, we take a different approach from other vendors and consider many aspects when recruiting and subsequently supporting a Channel Partner. Instead of using old ways of evaluating a potential Channel Partner on a revenue basis alone, Trend Micro takes a more holistic approach. We employ a Partner relationship Assessment methodology that looks at a variety of aspects of the supplier / Partner relationship and which gives a more well-rounded and accurate assessment of our potential for mutual success. |
