Sales Lead and Opportunity Management

The Affinity Partner Program has been developed to support the sales and marketing efforts of our Channel Partners. One of the key elements of the Program is the provision of qualified sales leads to Partner sales representatives.

The sales lead distribution, management and tracking process is managed through the Partner Portal. Leads will be visible within the My Leads pages and will also be sent via email and copied to the relevant Trend Micro Channel Account Manager. All sales leads will enter the Trend Micro sales opportunity pipeline and will be tracked through the sales cycle by Trend Micro and indeed leads are supplied upon the condition that the recipient will provide full reporting on sales engagement and deal closure back to Trend Micro.

To maximise your sales opportunities via the Affinity Lead and Opportunity Program, you must ensure your profile is kept up-to-date. This can be achieved through the Affinity Portal at My Profile and updated, if necessary at Update My Profile.
